How would you describe University of Reading?
Established in 1892 as an Extension College of the University of Oxford, the University of Reading received its Royal Charter in 1926 allowing it to award its own degrees. It’s from this rich heritage that the University of Reading has emerged as a global player with internationally recognised research in areas such as climate science, agriculture, food and health. The best way to describe Reading: a university of traditions with modern-day ambitions to make the world a better place.
